Hardware to work with, the important ones to mention at least.

CPU: FX4350 4.20 Ghz
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500 80+
Arctic Freeze Cooler.
Overclock wanting to achieve 4.50 Ghz

While I am not a total noob overclocker, I am not so experienced in manually raising voltages. On my old board all I had to do was select voltage increments, but with this board I am not sure what to do.

I know which which setting controlls the voltage for the cpu, but not sure how to input. Bios Setting----> CPU Over Voltage. In the description it says exactly>
Standard =By CPU
Min = Standard -0.3000V
Max = By CPU
Increment =0.003125V
+/- : Raise/Reduce.

I am not sure what to do. The setting is Auto by default, but it only allows a few numbers.
Reason for raising voltages? Because I believe not enough is why I am getting a PC crash and complete shut off during in Game.
