CPU overheat or what

I have a Ryzen 7 1700x cpu and I don’t think a wraith stealth is powerful enough to cool it - am i right? The computer keeps cutting out and a red light flashes close to the cpu. If this is the case what fan would work - I may want to overclock in the future, thanks!
Other specs are 1060 6gb
Hyperx 2x 8gb sticks ram
Motherboard : ASU’s b350-f

Can you get a screenshot of CPU-Z when it's cutting out and/or flashing to see temperatures under load?

CPU-Z is a program that monitors temperature, usage and such. Download at https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html. Good luck!

Run the games or whatever you do when it gets hot while keeping CPU-Z running. While it's running, after a minute or so, take a picture of the CPU-Z window. For the screenshot I'd suggest using Gyazo. https://gyazo.com/download

No I can’t do that - I have been monitoring temps using another application and when I look it’s reasonably normal - maybe 50ish sometimes but then the pc turns off fully and restarts
