CPU overheating after new ram

Hi guys yesterday i upgrade my ram i had 2X4 gb hyper x fury and now i have 2X8gb yper x fury at 1866mhz my pc boot normal but my cpu works below 60-100 C and it has 10%-100% load. Ihave this pc 3 years now and the specs is :
MB: asus z87ipro
CPU: intel i5 4670K (stock mhz)
RAM:hyperx fury 8gb 1866mhz
GPU: gigabite GTX970
CPU cooler :corsair h80i
 
Poor quality or defective RAM can sometimes cause heating issues. Some motherboard are "picky" to new additions, so it might be your motheboard's issue or your new ram is simply defective. Try also CPU-Z or HWMonitor to see what temps and voltage you getting for CPU and RAM, don't use your PC if temps go over 100c, it will damage your board, cpu and other components, if you have another set of ram sticks, try them, if temps for to normal than most likely your new RAM is defective
 


i check the cpu and ram with HWm and CPU-Z and all looking good i change the thermal pasta and the temp i to high some times in idle mode stay at 37C and if i open crome or other program the temp going to 60 70 C
 


My old ram doesnt work with my old ram my pc dosnt open and for this reason i change rams
