[SOLVED] Cpu overheating and cooler not working right

I have had my i9 9900k for a year now and has been running fine. I go and upgrade my cooler and the cooler is off the walls. It's loud and hot. The cooler is the h100i capellix Elite so it should be good right? The pump isn't broken and reads 2600 rpm and the fans run fine. I used a bunch of thermal grizzlies thermal paste as well as the stock. I have two extra fans that are low rpm fans that are pushing air through the rad ad well as the stock pulling. I installed the aio correctly as well as the cables. It seems no matter what I do under any load the temp goes up to 100c and the fans crack to the moon. Please help!

To much thermal paste. Clean it off and apply a pea size amount at the most.
