look like my cpu is overheating when under load going over 80c. The fx 8320 max safe temperatures is around 61c.It's been working fine for over a year so I do not know why it stared doing this and the fans are working. should I just reapply Thermal pasted or get a better cooler. If so what cooler or Thermal pasts should I get I would like something that is easy to install and work with my motherboard or is there a way to fix my problem without a new cooler or Thermal pasts?

motherboard : ASRock 980DE3/U3S3

theres no way to fix it without getting new thermal paste and a cooler. If you can buy both that is the best option, but my choice would be get a new cooler for sure! usually the new cooler will come with some thermal paste if not just buy some artic silver 5 thermal paste, its not much at all for the effect it has on your cpu

my friend has a similar problem, wont even go above 40 degress C now and I got him a zalman cnps5x cooler (make sure the cooler will fit in your case)

thanks just install the zalman cnps5x cooler. Work great !! I managed to over-clock my CPU to 4.2 GHz but could not get it to go higher. Which still it very good for a cheap motherboard plus on full load it only go up to 52 degrees C
