cpu overheating help!!!!!!!!!!!!

my computer now restarts randomly and i dont know why. i think its my cpu being to warm because it is getting over 90 degrees. i am trying to make my cpu fan fater but it doesnt show where in the bios.

my cpu is amd a8 6600k

my ram is 8gb

my gpu is a radeon r9 270x

my psu is 500watt

i have started to have these really long gaming sessions with my friends 3 days a week and they last about 10 hours

It's very very bad for a cpu to run at that temp!ouch!.Try taking out your heatsink and replacing the thermal paste and reseat it.Make sure that the cpu fan is spinning,try replugging it.

Yes it does. Running at 90c is...OUCH.
Did you overclock your cpu?
Make sure your cpu fan is running fine.
Make sure your case air flow is good.
Try reapply thermal paste.

Just in case, try to go task manager to check out which apps/programs are using the most CPU usage.
