CPU overheating issue

hello !
I'm having a problem with my HP G6-2215SA laptop. Its running a AMD A4 4300m processor.
The problem- fan is constantly on and its very loud.
I've checked the core temps with speed fan and they are 93 C at idle
( HWmonitor showed 150C !?? )
Its a new windows 7 install so apps are not a issue . Also I have reapplied thermal compound with no changes .
any ideas ?

Hello... GJ on the thermal paste... fans wear out like anything else... that's next on the list of maintenance steps. B )
