I think it is my watercooling, I haven't maintained it in 4 years and It makes a loud sound sometimes like a really fast fan but I dont know how to check if its messed up or even the <removed> name, I bought the computer of ibuypower 4 years ago

CPU TEMP: 153

Music and video at lowest quality are lagging and I can barely do anything

Solution
Chances are always good that after 4 years, a cheaper fan is gonna go ca-put. The radiator itself has no moving parts, so the only worries there are dust from the fan clogging the fins. A good vacc usually solve that. The fan however sounds like it's dying. Simplest immediate test is to grab one of your other fans and swap it out real quick. Boot up and see what the temps are. If they are decent (you are temporarily using a case fan not a radiator fan) then get a decent high pressure radiator fan ($8-$25) and swap your fns back. Better way than just spending good money on another cooler.
If your temps don't change, either the pump on the CPU is shot, or the radiator has evaporated too much liquid to be of any use. The liquid can be...
In your title you say 150F, that isn't too hot, that is only 65C. For a Athon II 265 that is rather warm, but not problematically so. I would clean the dust out of everything, it is probably fairly clogged up with dust after four years. Blow the dust out or clean it out with a toothpick and you should notice a much quieter fan.

Being an iBuyPower machine you likely have an Asetek cooler, they have been using them for years.

I clean the dust regularly, it overnight started happening and happens a couple times a month and obviously if everything is lagging like crazy without me doing anything 150 is a lot

never replaced the thermal paste but this started happening kinda overnight :/ usually this happens for a couple days and goes away

idle temp continues to rise until it reaches 140 - 150

how do I clean up a water cooler? can I remove it or something and get a heatsink? im so confused how to get rid of this thing

my computer is telling me 90 degrees celsius

sorry...but I am in CA and cannot reach thru the Internet to assist in dis assembly... :-(

Remove the screws 2 turns each in a star pattern, same way when tightening, this reduces the stress on any one part of the assembly.

Get halp with the stuck screw from a TRUSTED mechanical person. I know a dozen or so ways to SAFELY remove a stuck screw... However I cannot reach it for you.

those are on a back plate does it have a nut under the motherboard you should hold the nut and gently unscrew also for that noise it could be the pump that when out or the fan and if you look for a aftermarket cooler i suggest you the evo 212 .

can you recommend anything cheaper?

are those any good

no im asking you for an opinion on the ones I linked 30$ is too much atm

lots of the comments say they had to completely remove the motherboard! also how do I know if it wont block my RAM?

oh okay thank you! can you recommend any smaller coolers? also I just took my case side off that had a fan pointing at the cpu and my temps dropped by 20 degrees, but still hot, does that mean I have bad circulation?

1 fan on the front lower part, 1 fan on the side which I took off, 1 fan on PSU and only 1 fan towards motherboard which is from the water cooler
