I have an i5 3470 for about a year now and I'm experiencing lags in cpu dependant games like gta V and I noticed that my temperatures was reaching a 105°C. I tried changing my cpu cooler but it's still overheating. I also tried delidding it and changing the thermal paste inside but still no luck.

Idle temps are 51°C. HELP

CPU, graphics card, or case fan failed or became unplugged, reducing air flow. Tune Up Heat Sinks: If your CPU is overheating, its heat sink may not be seated correctly or its thermal paste may be old.

I have already replaced the thermal paste and made sure that the heatsink was in contact with the cpu and checked the fans if everything is working. So far still no luck.

Here's the full spec of the pc im using.

GPU: Palit Gtx 1060 JetStream
