Question CPU overheating

I really don't know what to do, ive had this comp for 7 months and just today it started to get really high on the temps.

65C IDLE and 100C underload and its almost instant ive dusted the hell out of it ive checked if the water cooler was working and im pretty sure it is. I'm wondering if i should buy a whole new one or just try and repaste. Any suggestions?
