Dear All, I have the same problem as was described in this reddit post:

https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUS/comments/17a8cl8/cpu_overvoltage/

Core Voltage is high (2.7V). If set to ignore, PC boots. But I want to fix the problem. I put my CPU to another mobo, worked fine. Updated BIOS, set minimal speed to both CPU and RAM, reset CMOS, reinstalled windows. Nothing helps. I have an ASUS TUF Gaming B550M-Plus and a Ryzen 5 5600G.

Any fixes? If you have same problem, share it to the internet as well, this thing needs to be fixed.

HWinfo CPU VID is fine, but MOBO sensor Vcore is high.

reset cmos by jumper
which BIOS version is currently on it?
Version 3611 would be the latest

Which power supply are you using?

check if the CPU is correctly seated and no bent, broken or discolored pins are there
be sure not too much force on the cpu cooler screws was applied while assembling

be sure the case is not shortening anything on the motherboard´s bac

probably motherboard or cpu fault
