Question CPU overvoltage error ?

Hey there, so currently all of a sudden it started giving me this error in the start up of PC then I gotta press F1 to continue..

In the bios it's 2.38volt
It used to run at 1.38v I guess
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix H370-F Gaming
CPU: Core i5-8600K
CPU: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Led Turbo
PSU: Corsair VS 650

It's been 4years since this build never had this issue before... but a week ago it's been giving this CPU overvoltage error, but everythin' is working fine such as Adobe After Effects, COD MW2
No issues in PC performance or anythin'
I never changed any settings in bios, I tried to put away the cell for like hours and put it back, still CPU overvoltage is there
