CPU pairing with GPU

Hey guys,
I currently have the i3-2120 @ 3.3ghz and I wanted to upgrade from an i3 to an i5.
I am using a GTX1050Ti (4GB) with the processor. I play some modern games like DayZ, Star citizen, Rainbow Six Siege, Insurgency, Killing floor 2 e.t.c
I have the options between buying the i5-2500, i5-3470 or i5-3570 and I need help deciding which one would be better. My budget is just around $100.

Also to say that my motherboard is not capable of overclocking 🙁

i5-3570 is best from those. Also you should check if your motherboard will support it. It is the same socket 1155 so it have to support, but it may be mandatory to update your BIOS to be able to use new processor.
