Cpu parked Help

Hello anyone who has read this i have a quick probelm...With battlefield 4 and titanfall i have been getting lowfps and stutter 90% everyone says to unpark my cores i used the program that is "suppose" to unpark them but to no avail
so i watched something about unparking cores in regedit and i did what he said and found this http://imgur.com/hYXkIxw, is this why i dont have my cores unparked, is it suppose to be like that? any help is appreciated

Specs FX 6350 oc to 4.0ghz
GTX 660
8gb ddr3 ram

Yes after you do both

I did all you said and no dice....still cores 3,5, and 1 are still parked

If we go back a bit in the post i never rreally got a straight answer does 06cadf0e-64ed-448a-8927-ce7bf90eb35d

have any meaning with the possible parked cores?

Just another shot save your profile and go back to stock the one fix fixes the power the other actually unparks but some people are saying the oc did effect them worth a try
