[SOLVED] CPU performing badly

Solution
I tested my computer on User Benchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/27459747 ...
You can also ignore comparisons on userbenchmark. Firstly and foremost is they're seriously biased against AMD's processors in particular. At least they're fairly obvious about that much, though, with frequently snide commentary in performance summaries about 'moar cores'. They've also admitted to artificially lowering performance results for high core count processors...just because they don't like them.

But also because the comparisons are hopelessly skewed by overclockers who make multiple runs with highly overclocked systems in attempts to take a top spot. That's a fault shared with any benchmark comparison using on-line data...
1)Average recorded turbo clock is below the base clock. Check cpu temps.
2)C drive has only 18GBs free out of 120. The drive is likely one of those cheap dram-less SSDs. These devices perform worse than HDDs as they fill up.
3)Memory. A-XMP was not enabled in bios.

That's a fault shared with any benchmark comparison using on-line data bases including 3DMark. You can really only compare results to your own system as you make adjustments and tweaks to improve performance.
