CPU Pins Bent but fixed? Is it broken?

Two of the pins on my CPU was bent, I bent them back into place and installed them on the motherboard. I hooked up the fan and plugged the power supply in the monitor, etc, etc. I turned on the pc and the lights turn on and all the fans started moving, but it was strange because when I had turned on the computer a the fan seemed to make more noise than normal(not sure if that effects anything). There was no signal coming to the monitor but the computer was on. I pressed the power button to turn it off but when I had did that nothing had happened. I'm not sure if that's because of the CPU or not.

It is very possible you damaged your CPU yes. But don't stress just yet. Try re inserting all cables, ram modules, add-in cards or anything else that carries a signal or voltage. See if it boots up. If not you might consider a bare bones build outside of your case and if that doesn't work you likely borked your CPU.

The thing that's weird to me is that the light turns on indicating that power is there, the CPU fan is running but no signal. The fans seem louder than they were before this too. I had this problem a while back where I got no display and my computer was being extra loud. I had gave the PC to my uncle and he had done something with the computer to make it work.

Do you have a on board GPU? If yes remove any discrete GPU, and stick only one ram and then boot up to see if it work. If it does not, then move the ram to a different ram slot or try a different stick. And clear cmos by removing the battery for a minute.

Once you get the system booted add the other components one at a time. From experience, amd machines sometimes misbehaves when you reconfigure major components like ram. But easily fixed by resitting them

I once had a broken pin, luckily mine still worked. Your pin is just bent, it should still work as long as the CPU is fully inserted.

I don't have a GPU (This is my streaming PC my main gaming one is getting a new motherboard, CPU and ram). I was replacing my gaming PCs old CPU with this CPU and while I was doing that I guess I had bent a pin. I had carefully (took close to an hour) bent them back straight. I put it in the motherboard but I don't get signal but the power light is on. I had taken off the CPU fan and turned on the PC to see if my CPU was getting hot but it was still cold(not sure if that means it's dead).

Sorry, I guess what I had typed didn't quite make sense, I will say the whole story (Prepar this is going to be a long post)

Before Christmas: I have two computers, one CPU.

Christmas: I get another CPU and motherboard)one is 1151 and the other isn't)

Present day: I go to my mothers friends house and give him my new CPU, and motherboard. On the way back we took the old CPU home so I could go on my old PC.

Problem: on the way home the packaging bent one-two of the pins so I had bent them back(it was only like a 20 degree bend, just enough so it wouldn't fit in the motherboard). I bent them back and plugged them in the motherboard, plugged in the power cable and the HDMI cable to the Tv. The power light turns on but no signal on the TV. There is no light on the mouse and keyboard.

The CPU I'm trying to install is a AMD a8-6500 the motherboard is a gigabyte f2+ (I think) and not sure what a PSU is ( I'm new to this kind of thing ) and since there is no signal to the tv I can't check the bios
