CPU Powers (Wattage)

If my CPU is rated at 88W, how do I add up the wattages shown below? How many watts is my CPU actually using under load?

Solution
88W is the total maximum, not constant.

Package: Power 48.31W was the total recorded at the moment the report was taken. The lower wattages add up to 53.64W so it doesn't add up to 48.31 because the values are constantly and quickly changing.

CPU Package - CPU overall power
CPU IA Cores - processor, a conventional CPU section (including floating point unit FPU) of the total power
CPU GT Cores - processor core graphics power
Uncore and Dram: Uncore functions include QPI controllers, L3 cache, snoop agent pipeline, on-die memory controller.
