[SOLVED] cpu problem

so i build my first pc last month with a ryzen 5 1600
nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti
msi b350 gaming pro motherboard
team vulcan 2 x 4 gb ram 3000mhz

today i decided i was going to do some cable management. i had to unplug the cpu cable and run it through the back of my case to the front again. i then plugged it back in to my motherboard. i put my case panel back on and plugged in my pc. except when i turned my pc on, the ez debug light lit up red for my cpu. there was also no signal on my monitor. i have no idea what to do and ive been stuck on this for a couple hours.

Nothing magic to check on here, you moved things around, unplugged/re-plugged things, go over the setup and make sure nothing is loose or not in.

Yep, double check that EPS and 24pin motherboard and PCIe cables are all plugged in fully.
If not plugged in by a hair, things don't work.
