[SOLVED] Cpu problem

Soo this morning changed my thermal past on my cpu (Ryzen 5 3400) and i did everything right,but when i tryed to turn it on it just shows my bios and nothing else,so i set my boot options for my windows to load and it starts spining the circle and after a few seconds it crashes,the pc just stops and it cant boot windows

So i tried to install a new windows bu it wont eve boot a usb.
I tried to remove all usb-s from pc and i removed my battery from mother board,but its still same problem

I noticed thet temperature on cpu is 40C but i dont thing that is the problem.

if someone can help me i will me very appreciated

Can someone help me?
Check all connections to the motherboard that they are correct and fully seated. Pay special attention to drive connections and memory DIMM's. Check that memory is seated fully in the DIMM sockets.

The memory DIMM's should be installed in the 2nd and 4th sockets going away from the CPU.

Reset CMOS. Shut down and disconnect power cable, remove battery and short the pins for 30 sec's to a minute. Reassemble.
