Cpu,psu, or replace.

When I plug my 4pin cpu connector, nothing turns on. But with out it being plugged in my gpu and fans come on, I have a Corsair cx500. I'm only running one GPU, R9 270x, and my cpu is a Fx6300

It could be the CPU.
