Hello

I had a new 7800x3d that i installed in new system but my pc was causing issues and after change of ram not helping i assumed it could be CPU , So i asked for an RMA , Now they said they tested it and it works perfectly. How safe is it for me to take it back and put in a new board? They don't want to replace or refund me without a 70 euro charge ...

thank you

Just as safe as purchasing out of a display cabinet or online listing with the added bonus of factory nod that it is operating as designed. Why would you think there would be an issue after they give it a clean bill?

Just had awful customer support interaction with them , their ability to ignore all concern or Question and unwillingness to help. But If you think i should be good i appreciate that , for ease of mind 😛
