[SOLVED] CPU/RAM/MOBO for $100

Hey guys,
so i have rounded up a $100-120 and im looking to upgrade the CPU,RAM and the Motherboard.
But im not quite sure what are my best choices.
Current PC
CPU: Core 2 Duo E8500
RAM: 2x 1GB and 2x2GB DDR2
Motherboard:EP35C DS3R(just the model, not full name)
GPU: Asus GTX 660 DirectCU
Not looking to replace the GPU.

Not bad choice on CPU but the MoBo you linked is out of stock at Newegg. Same MoBo from different retailer would cost $85.25, bringing total price to $165.03.
