Galax RTX 3080 - 79 degrees with 99% usage
16GB DDR4 @ 3100Mhz

4K all Ultra settings

consistent FPS of 60+

85C could be expected if im being honest.
Wgat cpu cooler do you have and when was the last time you cleaned it?
Also when is the last time you repasted your cpu?

It stays around 35 / less than 40 when idle.
This is based on 20 minutes of idle CPU study.

Your idels are totally fine as per the weather conditions in india. Reapply the paste. Blowed ur cpu cooler.
