CPU Reading 80+ At Idle

My CPU for some reason is constantly showing up as really hot on my computer, more specifically during idle times. I've watched it over some time from when I stress test it, it sits around 60-65C, but when it's idle the CPU reads at over 80 for some reason? I used initially HWMonitor and never thought much of it because I read it was buggy. I recently downloaded Speedfan, and it seems to be showing that the CPU is running excessively hot also. http://imgur.com/a/jDazT

Ahh, you are misreading the CPUTIN as the actual CPU temperature. The only temperatures you need to pay attention to are the ones about your CPU cores. The incorrect temperatures are a result of bad sensor pin placement on motherboards, or just buggy sensors in general. I get this problem a lot, as HWMonitor tells me my CPU chokes are running at 117 degrees Celsius, even though when I touch them, they are the same temperature as my hand.

That's kinda what I expected, just thought it might be something else because the same temperature readings came up from the speedfan software I just added, I've been altering my PC a fair bit recently so I'm being fairly cautious about it. Thanks.
