Cpu red Light + stoping after boot (aorus z370)

Hi im french and sorry for my bad english, I have a big problem since 3 weeks, I have buy a new config >
Cpu: i7-8700k
Graphic card : msi gtx 1060
With a mother board gigabyte aorus z370 ultra Gaming compatible with my cpu socket 1151, and after change my motherboard one Time et remplaced, when I turn on the computer, nothimg in my display « no signal » but the fan system and fan cgu works, and the computer reboot again and again, I can hear my dd starting but nothing and a cpu red light is on my motherboard. But all is good, no pins brocken, thx for ur help

Did the system work before replacing the motherboard? Or new setup and not worked at all?

No, before remplacing my mobo, a pc not work too, he have never work and the problem is not mobo :/

Then it could be the CPU, since LED on.

Yeah the cpu led is on, I turn back my cpu to amazon and buy a new.
