Question CPU red light

So I was playing a game got up to get something came back to a black screen with my CPU light on. I’ve had my PC for a couple months and haven’t had any issues. Anyone know of a cause and fix for this? To add on all my components turn on GPU, case fans, and my ram.
Update: I unplugged and plugged the cpu fan back in and it went into a loop but now is turning on after a couple times of looping then just turns off.

Ryzen 5700g with a cooler master 240mm water cooler
Asus prime x570
Corsair RM 850 Gold
32gb T-Force 3200mhz ram
MSI RTX 3070
And some Phanteks PSU cable extenders
My Storage is a 500gb WD blue M.2 SSD and a 3TB WD blue HDD
