Question CPU replacement and Multi-read drive connector help.

Hello all, I am in need of two things: A new CPU, and either a new drive or connector converter.

Preferably I need either this exact CPU or slightly older equivalent. A slightly newer one could work but it's doubtful.

Then I want to know if there's a converter for a mini 10 pin ribbon cable to 9 pin J_USB . I have a SD card Multi-drive that I can't use because I don't have it's port on my Mainboard.

the sd card reader is most likely outdated as well, get a new USB sd card reader
