CPU Reseating Issue

One of my personal builds for a family member is having issues with displaying picture. The computer turns on but does not show anything. The only way to solve this is taking off the stock cooler and reseating the CPU.
The mobo does not have any LED's to display info so I am very unsure where the problem lays.

Please post the full system spec.

Reseating the CPU is an interesting fix for display issues though... Have you verified there's no bent pins in the CPU socket (or on the CPU, if AMD).

To what I can see there is not, the problem will reappear randomly several weeks after it has been fixed. The motherboard could be the issue, it was a Chinese Acer board from a pre-built rig.

Intel Pentium G4400, nvidia GT 710, Intel 1TB SSD, Kingston HyperX 8GB, mobo unknown, psu LITEON 450W.
