Question Cpu rgb fan flickering

Yes my bus controller drivers are missing. Yes I’ve tried to install intel INF utility. Gives me an error message saying this platform is not supported. Z97 motherboard. I plugged the rgb fan into the Corsair hub and the fan power into the cpu fan connector. Don’t know what to do at this point. Other guides simply say turn voltages down and adjust fan speeds in bios but just leave it at that like we’re supposed to know how to do that and what to set them to...

Do verify that I found the correct User Guide/Manual.

Use the manual to double check all of the connections that you have made.

Internal Connectors begin on Page 1-27. However, you should review the entire manual and all that you have done to ensure that there are no errors of omission or commission.

Then take a look at the connections you have made between the Corsair hub, fans, and motherboard. Check the hub's installation documentation as well.

Did you really mean to say "Yes my bus controller drivers are missing"?

From the context it appears that the bus controller drivers would not install because the Intel INF utility was not supported - do I understand that correctly?
