Noticing that my CPU is having its 4 core clock speeds different. The first 2 cores run at full power (2.66ghz) and then cores 3 and 4 are running at 2.00ghz. Can't figure out why. I'm running Windows 10. High-performance mode, already been through the bios to disable all the power save features and already gone and unparked my cores. I noticed it when task manager was showing 85% utilisation when the system was stress tested with prime95 on all test types.
To [strike]specify[/strike] be specific, it's to do with CPU multipliers. Main cores are at 8 and the 2 other cores are running at 6. And tweaking these values inside the system with a tool doesn't do anything either.
