How to help without knowing anything about your setup and at which occasions ?????
Simplest guess would be that your system and/or your GPU are not up to task.
For lower resolutions, up to1080p CPU does most work and at higher it's GPU.

Hey everyone so my cousin was messing with my PC when i didn't know it and now my PC is running Microsoft Basic Display Adapter instead of what was on my PC i had AMD integrated graphics and i had the GPU tab in task manager and now i don't i have tried to re-download drivers and i still don't...

What screen resolution are you playing at?

After installing the Windows image and drivers from your previous thread, have you been able to update both Windows and your video drivers to the most current versions available?
