Hi

Solution
H7 doesn't support LGA 1366. Saying "mid-tower" doesn't provide any information regarding cooler height support. If you want to be extra sure the cooler will fit, you can get a low profile cooler, e.g. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mPbp99/cryorig-cpu-cooler-crc1a

Otherwise, here's a list of coolers less than 150mm in height that would work with your mobo: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu-cooler/#h=14,150&c=16
Anything Noctua is usually pretty good, after skimming that list, here a few I think would be good options:

They'll definitely work with your CPU/mobo. As I said, we still don't know what's the max height that will fit in your case for sure. If you think your case is 160-170mm wide I figured a cooler <150mm tall would be safe, but I can't say for sure. Those two noctua ones I linked are only 125mm, so they should definitely fit.

Hello guys I just installed the cpu fan and its working very well.....it was difficult to install but nevertheless its working :) thanks to all of your comment I was able to fix my cpu tempretur, but..........i have a little problem which isnt that big of a deal. When I start up my pc then the bios says all the normal stuff...but after that it says "cpu fan error " press f1 to contiune.....and thats very weird because I can hear the fan spin and the tempreatur is also low (around 30-35 in idle) ( and 40-55 in game)

is it something that I have to be aware of or do I just ignore it :)
