CPU socket compatibility

Hello ,can i use an i7 8700k or i5 8600k in as rock h310m?
because i have i3 8100 and i' need to upgrade the CPU.

Yes either is compatible with your board but you will not be able to take advantage of the unlocked multiplier of a K cpu.

As Bignastyid said get the non k versions if you want to upgrade and save yourself a few bucks.
