Cpu spikes software

Hi all need some help I get high cpu spikes while playing games if I check my cpu usage it shows the game is using like 52% cpu but this thing of windows wsappx is spiking like 15 to 30% is there maybe a software to kill unused programs or programs that is hanging in the baground?

I'm using comodo anti-virus and sometimes it also spike like 15%
