[SOLVED] CPU spikes to 100% usage without reason

So this problem first showed up 4 days ago. Basically my cpu usage spikes to 100 % and sits like that for 5 mins without anything running in the background. It happens every 1 or 2 hours. My cpu is i7 7700k , mbo z270 k5 gaming, corsair 550x psu, rtx 2060 6gb fe. I searched and seems like that Discord is causing this problem.I runned antivirus and I think there is no viruses... Any advice? Thanks

It can't do it by itself, something is running in background for sure, Discord for instance. Why don't you look in Task Manager > Performance > Open Resource Monitor > Processor.
