Hey everyone. First of all I am perfectly aware of the many similar posts in the past, but everyone sucked and didnt help me at all.
I've restarted my PC and closed and background programs. My CPU is stuck at 99% at all times. I cant recall when it started or if its been like this for a while. I got two guesses on what it is :
1. I used a unpark all CPU cores to try and speed up the PC
2. OC'ed CPU from 3.2 ghz to 3.5 ghz
Im using a Ryzen 1700. And even with just 3.5 ghz OC I get 65-72 celsius. 60+ at idle.
There's so many issues even though this PC is only a few months old. The PC shouldn't be this hot from barely overclocking it. It should handle 3.7 ghz easily according to forums without any major temperature spikes.
Anyway, i've check task manager and resource monitor. Nothing is actually using 100%. In CPU processes the highest CPU % is Chrome, WMIprvSE.exe. which lays at about 1+ %
