[SOLVED] CPU stuck to cooler, how to proceed ?

Today i tried to clean my pc and when i took out the cooler it was sticked with stuck to the CPU (ryzen 3 2200g) how can
i separate them?

pull a length of dental floss between the cpu and the cooler bottom plate.

be sure to check along all rows of the cpu pins for any that are bent before reinstalling in the socket.

I've found that applying gentle heat onto the base of the cooler with something like a hair dryer on a low setting, on all 4 sides (not on the side of the cpu that has the pins) and with one finger on either side on the cpu very gently wiggle the cpu in a circular motion can work (make sure to not touch the cpu pins!)
