Question CPU STUCK!

My cpu is stuck in the socket and isn’t coming out it’s unlocked but it’s stuck there what do I do to get it out I was installing a bios update for my pc then this happened help !!! Pleasee

have seen duct tape on the lid work and rubber darts/suction cups as well.

or just pry slightly with a pen-knife along the edge
