CPU switch isn't work

in my CPU motherboard getting green light power but the power switch isn't work and CPU not start, please help me,
How to start my CPU?

Start a troubleshooter path. Start with the switch. Could it be broken? Is its wires damaged. Did it come unplugged/loosened from the Motherboard?. Is this a new build and may be its plugged in wrong.
