Cpu temp 55 degrees at idle

So i got today new motherboard and replaced thermal past and cpu temp is 55 at idle and cpu speed is 1600 rpm it was higher before

Gtx 960
Gigabyte h61m hd2
6gb ram
It was at idle 32 degrees before now its like 50 and 1500rpm it was 2200 before i think

Yes that's a little high for idle , are you sure the heatsink is flush to the CPU.

I will try to put it again i wasnt able to hear that sound from one button on heatsink i heard on other 3

Now its going from 38-42

That's better , did you use Aftermarket paste?

Could try MX4.

But its chaning too quick from 38-45 and i can hear noise of fan when its going bigger

Before new motherboard i had 32 at idle and it wasnt chaning frim it maybe to 33-34 at gaming it was at 45

Is it possible if i didnt placed properly cooler cuz i heard click only for 3 buttons i wasnt able to hear it on 4th

Probably , should have heard 4 clicks.
