CPU temp >72°C,Intel cooler

Even when the cabinet case is open I found that the cpu temp is more than 72C while gaming.Few months old i74790 cpu@stock speed.Msi afterburner monitoring @32-34C room temp.Idle temp when case open is around 45°C
 
Solution
The PSU fan at the bottom draw in cool air from the bottom and blow out the back (where the power plug goes). If anything it should in fact draws in more cool air for your CPU cooler (though don't bank on that as helping, rather it draws hot air FROM the CPU cooler into the PSU and blow it out near the power plug).
