Cpu Temp 8150 h100

so i just installed a h100 on my 8150 amd its clocked at 3.9 and the idle temp is usually aroud 45 but when under a load drops down to 26?

its on a
Asus 990fx sabertooth r2.0

These temps are messed up I think. Use a software like HWMonitor to inspect.
