Cpu Temp goes 80 to 90c while gaming

Solution
Either thermal paste is applied wrong, cooler isn't seated properly, pump is dead (though I think it would idle higher and load would prob be 100c if pump was dead) or cpu is overclocked with too high of a voltage. Those are my guesses. Download hwmonitor to check voltages etc
Like salerhino said those temps are really high for that CPU.

You have an AIO liquid cooling system so it’s really hard that you hit those temps with liquid cooling.

First of all I´ll recommend you to replace the thermal paste in your CPU and check that the heat sink is well placed an secure on top of the CPU. A bad assembly can be perfectly the reason of those temps, otherwise your AIO is not working properly or the pump is dead.

There is a few more thing that could be happening in there but I´ll star with that first.

And as Sm0k said, while changing the thermal paste be smart and clean the whole PC from dust !

The assembly is fine and the fan is doing fine also , btw my idle temp is 32 to 38c maybe ill the with the thermal paste

If you do it well it won’t damage your system, and you can discard one thing of the probable causes.

What do you mean by that im sorry

If you don´t know you probably don’t have any OC, you can reset your CMOS in the BIOS configuration (load optimized configuration) just to make sure that everything is ok.

If everything continues the same after checking the cooling, thermal paste, configuration and BIOS you might need to consider the possibility that your chip is defective.

Ahm Btw i was just running at 75% of the rpm of kraken x61
