[SOLVED] Cpu temp goin 90 to 100 degrees while gaming

hello my cpu temp is goin 90 to 100 degrees while gaming and without gaming its temp are 45 to 50.
should i be worried about this temps? and this high cpu temps are harmful for other components as well like ram and gpu?

specs
core i5 3470 3.2
ram 8gb
asus board P8B75-M
gpu rx 580 8gb aorus gigabye

Your cooler is not performing properly. If cleaning doesn't improve anything, then get a better cooler.

Those temps are too big, you should hover over 30-40c on idle and max 65-70c in gaming if you have at least a decent cooler! Example: Cooler Master 212 Evo

Replace. It's weak performance sub-par cooler, usable only for basic operation. With gaming load it's no longer sufficient.

Cooler Master 212 Evo - suggested before is a good alternative.

Absolutely. Plus it will be quieter in operation.

Check cooler first. When did you changed your thermal paste ? Change it, then if the situation is the same it could be the bigger problem. I am an expert for that, there is the phenomenon called bottleneck,

Best to check security of heatsink and try a fresh layer of thermal compound...as some brands indeed do not last forever.

buying another case is a safe to bet with mostly added fans, better thermal paste, and better HSF cooler
But cleaning your PC with a brush will be a delicate job

well thanks to all for answering.. i applied thermal paste on processor old was dried out.., now temperatures are normal 70 degree on gaming and 45 to 50 on idle.. there was no need for new case or cooler i guess..
