CPU temp higher than cpu core temp.

Weird thing, how is this possible.
When idle or ligth load the cpu temp is always some ºC over the core temp.
I used to think vcore is always around 5 ºc higher than the pack temp.
Dont know, what do you think?

What do you mean CPU temp is higher then CPU Core temp? What software are you using to check your temps?

I tried aida, and the mobo utility.

When i say cpu temp i mean the "pack" temp, i cant remember how its named xd.
The core temp is the temp of each core.
