CPU temp not under 90c

hey guys, i have AMD x4 840 and HW monitoring never show me temperature under 90 degrees celsius....is that correct?
its like 85-90 even when i browse web.. do i need other cooler? i got stock cooler on
btw few times my PC crashed and i guess that it is because of temperature

Take the cpu cooler off and check the thermal paste, there might have not been enough applied. Also when is the last time you cleaned out the pc?
