CPU Temp TJMAX Lower when starting big games, why ?

Solution
TJMax vs temperature? You're asking if it's better that the distance to TJMax is higher than the temperature?

That's not entirely true. While having a higher distance between the CPU temperature and the point at which it overheats will allow the CPU to operate for a longer period of time before failing, the difference is nominal. If you keep an i7 6700K at 75C, it may last fifteen years. If you keep it at 50C, it may last sixteen years. Do you get what I'm saying? Even if the temperature is higher than you're comfortable with, it won't take any noticeable damage from heat as long as it's below the TJMax.

Your temperatures are fine. As long as you're at least 10C away from the maximum temperature, your CPU is not going to fail from...
