cpu temp vs cpu core temp

So afterburner says my core temps are in the 90's, while speed fan says the cpu temp is around 40. Which one is accurate?

speedfan is generally a bit more accurate. does it show any temps in the bios if you go there?

a cpu has around 4 cores it will have a tem for each one. the regular is just a average of all of them

well afterburner has all 4 cores in the 90's during load, but at the same time. speed fan has the cpu temp at around 45

I think a souloution I Found is to go on corair link at go to the cores and once they reach 65 fans go to 100%, is that good idea?

its not a bad idea. but for all we know the temps are just fine right now. the core temps so they will dysplay
