I have a i7-6700 and a intel based standard heatsink, When i play GTA V i get around 60-65 Celsius, Is this good or okay while gaming?

This is a very good temperature. The thermal specifications for most processors reaches up to 90C so I don't think you are going to have any problems with that temp range. I personally have a 6700k and I overclocked it to 4.5Ghz. It gets up to 75C pretty well, but its still doing just fine.

That said, colder is always better. The processor will last longer if you keep it cool, but 65C is really nothing to worry about.
