CPU Temperature hot

Hi,
I have a AMD FX-6300 processor that has an ideal temperature of 42 degrees Celsius at idle. Please is this normal ? I use a Bitfenix Comrade case with 3 case fans. i am using a stock fan . My motherboard is a MA597 R2.0 but it is only detecting the rpm of one of my fans. I have a PWM corsair fan, how do i fix it. I can see the case fan turning but it is not detected in my bios

Doesn't sound too bad for a stock cooler to me. What is your ambient temp?

It wasn't under load, i was browsing and running Windows update

The temperature of the room was about 25 degrees . Please what could be the reason for the bios not dertecting the fans. Is this common. I am so worried because this is my first rig
